FOCACCIA SANDWICHES

Our famous and much-loved sandwiches are made on our own herbed, salted focaccia bread, and feature our own home-made olive oil mayonnaise rémoulade.
Sandwiched are usually ready by 9 AM.

Egg, cheese, veggies

Slices of organic eggs from pasture-raised hens, hard boiled to perfection, matched with Gruyère cheese, organic spinach, sliced tomatoes, and our house-made rémoulade mayo. Delicious for lunch or breakfast.

Avocado and Cheese

Grilled to perfection summer squash and red onion, along with Fresh, ripe avocado with cheese, organic baby spinach, sliced tomatoes, rémoulade mayonnaise.

Tuna with Artichoke

Fresh Albacore tuna steaks, chopped and folded with our home-made olive oil mayonnaise rémoulade combined with Manchego cheese and organic baby spinach.

French Quiche

As with all our offerings, our quiche and savory baked goods are all made with the highest quality pasture-raised, organic eggs and organic milk and cream from grazing, grass-fed cows.

Quiche Classic

We bake our quiche from scratch. Ham and asparagus, slowly sautéed over a low flame and seasoned with herbs.

Leeks, Prosciutto and Gorgonzola fill this hand made quiche.

Quiche Reblochon

Reblochon is an amazing French cheese from Savoie’s area, in the Alps near Mont Blanc where cows graze freely and eat fresh green grass! We add Reblochon, Bacon and Potatoes to our fresh baked quiche.

Quiche Veggie

Made and baked from scratch includes fresh Asparagus, fresh Tomato and fresh Zucchini.
